First Post!! Dolls of the Week

Hi dolls! Welcome to the premiere of Pinup Dolls Blog! I know some of you have been waiting a bit, but we are officially open. To kickoff the opening, I'm going to start off with a post for my "Dolls" section. Here are 6 amazing dolls and their great, unique outfits! I hope you enjoy them!

Tonia.ftw has created a great outfit. I just love the combination of the owl shirt with the zebra pants. And the jacket has a wonderful little pattern. She was able to make this whole outfit look cohesive by keeping with a color theme. All of the main components of her outfit are white with mainly black accents. She has chosen an eye popping color to splash the outfit up a bit... yellow! Tonia.ftw has the excellent ability of taking pieces that I wouldn't normally think to wear together and making them flow excellently.

missSusan1289 is the queen of layering and quirky style. I just adore this outfit that she has created. The use of subtle pastel colors is anything but boring, and can I say how perfect the drip glasses are? Her quirk definitely shows through with the playful mismatched tights and bows with hearts on the sweater.While I was going through her outfit to see what all she was wearing, I was surprised to find out that her precious skirt was in fact a trench coat! Let's just say missSusan1289 not only has great style, but she also knows some layering magic.

OliwiaSara has created a look that is all her own with jewel tones. She uses the colors so well in this outfit I just love it! What a perfect choice of chunky heels she has made. They go wonderfully with the outfit. And those red shorts... She makes me want a pair so bad. They really bring out the subtle pink flowers of her top... which is actually a swim suit! The hair compliments the style wonderfully as well. I feel as though she could wear this while curling up and reading a book or going out to enjoy her day. OliviaSara's style says casual yet fun and definitely envy worthy.

Panda7733 has a classic yet edgy style. This is seen in the clean lines of her clothes and the bold statements of her accessories. I think this combination is wonderful! The way she has stuck to the extreme opposites of colors, black and white, and then played it up with a wonderful teal shows her genius. She is wearing the perfect amount of accessories which draw your eye right to them in perfect timing. I think my favorite accessory is her necklace. Way to go Panda7733 and your contrasting style!

_*^.^*_ has nailed the boyfriend chic look. She has mixed the ultra feminine and curve hugging leggings with the loose fitting jacket. She has also kept the color palette of the main articles of the outfit more neutral. This makes the black accents stand out more, but they also take the back road. The chunky shoes also add to her boyfriend chic style. Although they draw attention to her feet, they also emphasize her legs. I have to say _*^.^*_ has a wonderful style that compliments both her feminine and boyish side.

Pipapaulus looks excellent in her vintage beach-goer outfit. I can imagine her at a beach in the 60's. Her look is very monochromatic with varying hues of blue, but is accented by pops of red. She really is styled from head to toe with this outfit. Her retro look comes across from the sweetheart neckline of the halter bathing suit, the high wasted shorts, platform deep blue shoes, and big floppy hat. Oh did I forget the wonderfully styled sunglasses? I just love her retro style! Pipapaulus really is the goddess of time period looks!
